Absolutely! Just use our Book a Session form to request your preferred date. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email you everything you need to prepare and feel ready for your session.

No worries at all—if you need to reschedule, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll help you find a new date and time. Please note that retainers are non-refundable, and a new retainer is required for the rescheduled session.
